Love yourself by noticing who you are. That person in the mirror is like no other!

Words we speak have an effect. It’s like waves reaching a distant shore, they travel with intension.

The power within. The ability to create. If we only knew the magnitude this could deliver.

Beauty shines from us all!

We all have choices to make.

Realize what is important to you and move in that direction. Remember Rome was not built in one day. We each have the power to choose. What do you really want?

Allow people to change. Holding them back from years gone by serves no purpose.

Time does not stand still. We all change in one form or another. This may mean different things to different people but ultimately who we are today is not necessarily who we are tomorrow. Allow others to change along with you.

Don’t look for perfection, look for intention.

None of us are perfect but when we consider the greater good and look for the best in others, we all succeed.

We are all beautiful and have a path to take.

Do we actually see our own beauty or is this only seen through others?  Let us begin to look inside and see what others love, adore and cherish within us. Not because they say it that we believe it but because we actually begin to see and appreciate it in ourselves. Embrace and give yourself a hug.
